Paid Time Off
All team members earn paid time off based on hours worked. Take a weekend away without the stress of coming home to a low paycheck! We also offer up to three days (24 hours) of bereavement pay for the loss of an immediate family member.
Referral Bonuses
Refer an employee and earn up to $1,000. Referral bonuses are only paid to the person who referred a new employee and is based on average hours worked by the person who was referred. Bonuses are paid out after 90 days, 6 months, and 1 year of employment. Both employees must be active at the time of payout to receive the bonus.
Anniversary Bonuses
Employees are eligible to receive up to $100 per year of employment. The total bonus is based on average hours worked throughout the last calendar year. Bonuses are paid out on the second payroll following the close of the quarter your anniversary date falls into. Employees must be active at the time of payout to receive the bonus.
Health Insurance
Full time employees (30+ hours per week) are eligible to enroll in medical, dental and vision insurance after 60 days of employment. Dental and vision insurance are employee funded, while medical is a shared cost between employees and Red Herring Concepts.
401k
Employees averaging 20+ hours per week are eligible to enroll in a 401k after 1 full year of employment. Employees must be 21 years of age or older to enroll. Employer match of up to 4%.
